The Controller of Examinations (COE) Office at RajaRajeswari Engineering College, an autonomous engineering college in Bangalore, serves as the backbone of the institution’s academic evaluation process. The office ensures the smooth and efficient conduct of examinations while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and organizing internal and end-semester examinations.
- Publishing results and issuing grade cards within a stipulated timeline.
- Ensuring adherence to academic regulations and maintaining confidentiality in all examination
- Facilitating revaluation, supplementary exams, and student grievance redressal related to assessments.
The COE Office plays a pivotal role in fostering academic excellence, upholding quality benchmarks, and supporting students’ academic journeys with fairness and precision.

COE Functions
Functions of Examination section:
(ii) Planning and conduction of SEE and evaluation process in-line with calendar of events
(iii) Release of necessary notifications for stake holders related to examinations
(iv) Maintaining the good level of confidence , trust and integrity in assessment and evaluation
(v) Data and Document management for all compliance agencies and better branding.
To monitor and guide the implementation of rules and regulations as per the university, three committees are with CoE.
