Brief Profile

Dr. K. S. Madhu is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Roboticsand Automation. Since 2010, he worked in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. His professional experience in the field of academics spans 13.7 years, while his industry experience amounts to 1 year. His expertise lies primarily in Computer-Aided Machine Drawing, Thermodynamics, Heat and Mass Transfer, Turbo machines, Design of Heat Exchangers Equipment, and Computer-Aided Engineering Drawing. He obtained his Diploma at P.V.P Polytechnic in the year 2004, Bachelor’s Degree at Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology in 2008, Master’s Degree in Thermal Power Engineering at SIT, Tumkur in 2010, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering Science from VTU in January 2024. He has coordinated 3 National Conferences, 12 Industrial visits, 10 Seminars, 7 FDPs, 4 Workshops, and 2 Orientation Programs at RRCE. He has attended 25 Seminars, Webinars, Workshops, and FDPs. Additionally; he has published 4 research papers in International Conferences and 10 research papers in International Journals. He received 2 NPTEL Certificate courses and has guided 20 UG projects and 3 PG projects. Furthermore, he has prepared Laboratory Manuals for Energy Conversion Engineering and Heat & Mass Transfer.
