Brief Profile

Prior to the present position, she worked in various institutions in Bangalore. She has 10 years of Academic Experience along with intensive research exposure in the field of Management. Prior to this assignment, she worked as a HR Recruiter in a well-known company for a period of 1 year.
She has published twelve research articles in referred National and International Journals with high level impact factor. She has published two articles with DOI in an open access journal and one publication in Scopus Index.
She has a membership certificate in QCFI – Active Member and in IFERP forum. She has been awarded with lead outstanding faculty award from Lead researchers forum and best Academician award and best teaching award from global teaching excellence award for her outstanding contribution in management education.
