Outcome of the Program:
The primary objective of the industrial visit was to expose the MBA students to the intricate craftsmanship and business aspects of Channapatna toys. This visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application by offering students an opportunity to witness the entire toy-making process, from wood selection to the final lacquering.
Students gained a deeper appreciation for the skilled artisans who thoroughly create these toys using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
