The Objective of the workshop was to :
- To gain the wholesome knowledge on “Understanding Oneself”.
- To understand to what type of personality, each individual posses.
- To understand how each type of personality is unique for itself.
Learning Outcomes :
- Students have gained the knowledge on what personality is and its importance.
- They understood how the individual responses would tell their personality.
- The students have realized that no type of personality is superior or inferior.
- They have understood that what type of personality is demanded for each position in the organization.
