Report on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Event

Introduction:
On the 19th of July, 2024, RajaRajeswari College of Engineering, Bengaluru and Technovation, Tirunelveli entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a cooperative relationship aimed at enhancing skill-based training, education, placements, industrial visits, and expert lectures.
Objectives of the MoU:
The collaboration between RajaRajeswari College of Engineering and Technovation is aimed at leveraging the strengths and resources of both institutions to provide students with enhanced opportunities in the following areas:
Skill-Based Training: Developing programs that equip students with industry-relevant skills.
Education: Enhancing the educational experience through updated curricula and teaching methods.
Placements: Facilitating job placements and career opportunities for students.
Industrial Visits: Organizing visits to industries to provide students with practical exposure.
Expert Lectures: Hosting lectures by industry experts to broaden students’ knowledge and perspectives.

Event Highlights:

The signing ceremony took place at RajaRajeswari College of Engineering, with dignitaries from both institutions in attendance. From RajaRajeswari College of Engineering, the attendees included Dr. Balakrishna R, Principal; Dr. J. Amutha Raj, Vice Principal; Dr. P. Ebby Darney, HoD-EEE; Prof. Nandhini N, Association Coordinator; Prof. Udhyami M B, MoU Coordinator; and Program Coordinators Dr. R. Arul Jose and Prof. Shivalingaiah K. I. Representing Technovation were Er. Keerthik Kumar S, CEO and Founder, and Er. G. Vedha Jeyaram, Chief Technical Officer.

The event commenced with a welcome address by the Head of Institution of RajaRajeswari College of Engineering, who emphasized the importance of industry-academia collaboration in today’s educational landscape. Mr. Keerthik Kumar S., CEO & Founder of Technovation, then shared his vision for the partnership and expressed his excitement about the opportunities it will bring for students. He highlighted Technovation’s commitment to bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements through practical training and internships.
