10th Alumni Meet – Virtual, Held on 26th of January,2022

1. Background and Pre-Meeting Procedure

RajaRajeswari College of Engineering held meeting with the executive members such as Principal, Dean -alumni affairs, Office bearers and with department Alumni coordinators decided to conduct the Alumni Meet on 26th of January 2022 through online mode .

3. Meeting Consisted
• Initially, the host of the program that is Quarrath welcomed the Principal Dr. T. Chandrashekar, Dean Dr.R.Balakrishna and the Chief Guest Ms.Poornima and other dignitaries on to the stage and gave a token of appreciation to all of them. Around 160 participants were attended the virtual meet.
• Later, we began with the Invocation Song sung by Varsha and Sonashree.
• Then, we had lighting of the lamp done by the Principal, Dean, Chief Guest and other dignitaries.
• Dr.Savitha B (Alumni Coordinator) gave an introduction of the Dignitaries present in the Alumni meet.
• There was News Letter Release by the Chief Guest and Principal.
• Later, the Principal Dr.T.Chandrashekar Sir addressed the gathering and also read the highlights of the ANNUAL REPORT and shared few words about the Alumni students role with the parent institute.
• Next we also had a small speech by our Dean Dr.R.Balakrishna Sir.
• Chief Guest Ms.Poornima recollected her college life at RRCE and thanked her Professors for their guidance to shape up her life. She quoted few inspirations lines for the present students of RRCE.
• Then we had a few words by Mr.Pavan Kumar (Treasurer) and Mr.Sankeerth (Secretary) who belongs to RRCE…. indeed it was interesting to hear them speak as they are the Alumni of RajaRajeswari College of Engineering.• After the alumni Speech followed by cultural event such as song sung by Sonashree, III semester, Department of CSE and stand-up comedy by Yashas, V semester, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• At last we Prof. Anand A,Department of Mechanical Engineering concluded the session by Vote of thanks and successfully we come to the end of the Alumni Meet 2022 with a Group Photo.
