About the Program:
This Societal Project was organized on 27-01-2024 in the Mamatha Anudhanitha Kannada Hiriya Prathamika School, Bagepalli, Karnataka & B.N.A.G.H. School, Murugamalla, Chintamani, Karnataka.
Objectives of the Program:

• It was aimed at making students aware about the adverse effect of pollution.
• It was conducted by the professor of environment department of university.
• It went on for almost an hour.
• It started with asking what pollution means to students.
• We not only discussed environmental pollution but also mental one.
• Our students told in depth about small sources that cause pollution.
• Such as CFC from refrigerator, or water pollution which is caused by throwing chocolate wrapper.
• Our students told how far reaching the effects can be humans as well as animals, birds, fish, plants.
• The Societal Project concluded by telling means to prevent it at personal level.

After completing the Presentation our students had done the Tree Plantation.
