Objective of the Workshop :
The objective of the workshop is to give an exposure to the students on Importance of Personality
Development and Soft skills for the career progress in IT industry.
Number of students participated : 45 students of 7th sem
Outcome of the Program :
Students were given exposure on.
- Personality Development-Introduction and need
- Personality Traits –OCEAN Model
- Assess the student’s personality using questionnaire and identify the strengths and weakness of each
student and give valuable guidance for improvement. - A Team based activity is conducted to understand the Personality Development Traits.
